How fast is the turnaround for my real estate photos?
In the fast-paced Greensboro and Triad real estate market, timing is everything. I provide a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround for all standard real estate photography, ensuring your listing goes live without delay.
No, you don’t have to be there! As long as I have access via a lockbox, I can handle the shoot independently. I’ll text you upon arrival and departure , after turning off all the lights and locking the door, to keep you informed.

Do I need to be present during the photo shoot?

Yes! I believe aerial views are essential for showing property lines and neighborhood context, as well as showing off unique views of the home or office. You can add my FAA-certified drone photography to your still photos to give your listing a competitive edge.

What happens if it rains or is cloudy on the day of my shoot?
For outdoor real estate photography, I offer professional blue-sky replacement for exterior shots at no extra charge so your listing always looks its best. If the weather is severe (high winds or heavy rain), we can reschedule to the next available clear window
To get the best results, homes should be "de-cluttered" and neutralized. I recommend clearing kitchen counters, hiding pet bowls, and ensuring all light bulbs are working. A clean, bright space allows the architectural features to shine.
