Do I need to be present during the photo shoot?

No, you don’t have to be there! As long as I have access via a lockbox, I can handle the shoot independently. I’ll text you upon arrival and departure after turning off all the lights and locking the door, to keep you informed.

For outdoor real estate photography, I offer professional blue-sky replacement for exterior shots at no extra charge so your listing always looks its best. If the weather is severe (high winds or heavy rain), we can reschedule to the next available clear window
How should I (or my clients) prepare the home for the session?
